As we prepare to open the doors to our newest store in the Southern Highlands, we're looking for passionate and customer-obsessed team members to join our founding team and help bring the MECCA experience to the local community.

This is more than a new store opening—it's an opportunity to shape something special from day one. Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Be the go-to expert in store for all things fragrance; helping our customers to find the best scent for them and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing! 

• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through-out the store 

What success looks like in this role:

• Proven fragrance experience and knowledge of top, middle and base notes; for the body and home 

• Highly skilled at taking customers on a journey to find the right fragrance notes for their needs, whether it be their new daily scent or providing an in-depth wedding consultation helping the happy couple choose memorable scents for their special day. 

• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to leave the store feeling amazing 

• An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
