We are looking for Materials Specialist in our Materials Team. As a Materials Specialist, you are responsible for purchasing, on time delivery (OTD) of the incoming materials and inventory value / turns.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Material purchasing and purchase orders monitoring

• Purchase orders rescheduling

• Ensure material availability

• Expedite and escalate part shortages

• Communication with suppliers (external / internal)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of logistics or economics

• Proven experience in materials and purchasing

• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English

• Computer proficiency (MS-Office)

Desired Characteristics:

• Oracle and Kinaxis knowledge and experience (ERP system knowhow)

• Ability to support development tasks
