This position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the electrification/distribution solution/primary switchgear product line in Xiamen，China. Main stakeholders are project manager, master planning, sourcing teams.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Defining inventory policies based on specified segmentation.
- Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.
- Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.
- Collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.

Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in material management in the distribution solution market
- You have 5 years of experience in material planning, purchasing, sourcing, logistics, project engineering.
- You are qualified in ERP material management module.
- You are passionate about material management and supplier management.
- You are at ease communicating in English.

工作概述：
电气产品配电系统中压一次成套业务物料计划与采购团队负责人。负责生产性物料从需求预测到付款的采购流程。包含物料需求预测和备库，采购和库存策略制定和实施，采购订单处理和跟踪，供应商交付绩效管理等。
主要职责：
- 带领团队执行法规以及公司相关流程和程序，确保安全、诚信、合规；
- 基于业务需求和生产计划制定物料需求预测，指导供应商产能规划和备库；
- 制定主要物料计划和采购策略，和供应商达成框架协议和约定，明确价格、产能、交期、物流等；
- 负责生产性物料采购交易流程：包含采购需求、订单创建和变更、包装运输、进口关务、不合格品处理流程、付款等；
- 有效监控和管理供应商交付绩效，确保供应商及时交付并推动持续改进；
- 进行供应风险评估，制定并实施风险管控措施，包括备用供应商开发、备库、物料替代等；
- 牵头库存规划、分析和监控，平衡供应安全和库存水平，库存管理和呆滞物料处理；
- 开发物料计划采购系统及其他数字化工具，提升团队工作有效性和效率；
- 团队管理和人员发展，构建主动积极、灵活敏捷、乐于学习、善于协作的团队文化；
知识、技能与经验要求：
（一）基本条件
- 本科及以上学历；
- 5年及以上物料计划采购、供应链管理等相关工作经验；
- 2年以上团队管理经验；
（二）核心技能
- 熟悉电气设备主要物料类别（继保、互感器、绝缘件、钣金、铜排铜管等）供应市场和交期；
- 熟悉ERP物料管理模块；
- 优秀的数据分析、逻辑思维能力；
- 优秀的沟通展示、组织协调、解决问题能力；
- 良好的英语汇报和沟通能力
