About the client

EMS Mastermind is a U.S.-based performance marketing agency specialized in supporting Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) fitness studios across the United States and internationally. The agency manages end-to-end lead generation, paid Meta ads, offer optimization, CRM automation, and creative production for a portfolio of active studio clients.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, fast-moving Marketing Virtual Assistant to take ownership of hands-on execution work across GoHighLevel and Meta Ads Manager.

This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America, working closely with an international team in an English-speaking environment with U.S. business hours overlap.

Role overview

As a Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will execute day-to-day operations across multiple client ad accounts and GoHighLevel environments following structured SOPs, direction, and Loom walkthroughs. You will focus on precise execution, updating creative assets, refreshing ad copy, adjusting CRM workflows, and maintaining organizational integrity across diverse client accounts.

We are looking for an execution-driven specialist who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, pays strict attention to detail, and proactively flags issues or unclear guidelines rather than guessing.

Selection process

The process usually consists of 4 stages and takes on average 4–6 weeks to be completed, depending on eventual additional technical rounds or take-home tests.

Responsibilities

• Update and swap ad creatives (images and videos) in Meta Ads Manager, including text overlays and resizes using Canva or CapCut.
  
• Update ad copy across headlines, primary text, and descriptions for multiple client accounts based on instructions and test plans.
  
• Maintain and edit funnels, workflows, automations, pipelines, and email/SMS sequences within GoHighLevel.
  
• Organize and manage multiple client ad accounts and CRM environments using clear naming conventions, systems, and checklists.
  
• Follow written SOPs and video walkthroughs accurately to execute tasks without sacrificing speed or accuracy.
  
• Proactively flag unclear instructions, potential issues, and account inconsistencies before proceeding.
  
• Support basic reporting needs by pulling performance screenshots and exporting data as needed.
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience navigating Meta Ads Manager and executing campaign, ad set, and ad-level edits.
  
• Practical experience building or editing funnels, workflows, and pipelines inside GoHighLevel.
  
• Proficiency in Canva or CapCut for creative asset editing, text overlays, and video/image resizing.
  
• Strong organizational mindset with proven ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and naming conventions without mixing up client accounts.
  
• High speed of execution paired with attention to detail and a proactive communication style.
  
• Good written and spoken English for reading SOPs and conducting asynchronous team communication.
  
• Must be based in Latin America with availability to overlap with U.S. business hours.

• Prior experience supporting a digital marketing agency with multi-client management.
  
• Familiarity with fitness, gym, or local-service business client campaigns.
  
• Basic understanding of core ad performance metrics (CPL, CTR) to sanity-check changes before launch.
