Role Summary:

Based in Thailand, you will manage brand, reputation and consumer apps marketing programmes for a leading technology company, driving education, AI and digital safety initiatives from planning to delivery with strong ownership and accountability.

Role: 

• Own end-to-end project management for brand and reputation, and consumer apps marketing programmes in Thailand, from scoping and planning through to delivery and wrap-up reporting.
• Lead operational support for core programmes, including career certification, student ambassador, AI education and government collaboration initiatives.
• Build and systematise operational processes, timelines and trackers, proactively following up on tasks and deliverables to ensure programme goals and OKRs are met.
• Create clear, compelling progress reports with limited guidance, flagging risks and blockers early and driving issues through to resolution.
• Support economic opportunity and digital responsibility initiatives that help students, entrepreneurs and users build new skills and stay safe online, covering privacy, security and online safety.
• Lead the launch and execution of consumer marketing campaigns for search and AI products, adapting global initiatives based on local consumer insights.
• Manage the end-to-end Thai language and validation process for marketing assets.
• Independently manage digital and in-person events from planning to execution, and analyse their performance.
• Manage creative and media agencies, event organisers and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery, identifying process gaps and implementing improvements across vendor operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including programme trackers, training materials and vendor records.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including agency, course and distribution partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Track programme and campaign performance using marketing analytics, translating findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional partners.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, agency or programme management, with a proven track record of delivering projects to a high standard.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams, with a keen eye for detail and strong accountability in following up on tasks.
• Proficient in project management tools, spreadsheets and presentation slides.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors or event organisers, and delivering both digital and in-person events.
• Experience in stakeholder management; experience working with government or educational institutions is a plus.
• Experience with digital marketing and marketing analytics is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, with a can-do attitude and the adaptability to thrive as the job scope evolves.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven technology work environment and navigate ambiguity in a complex matrix organisation.
• Native fluency in Thai, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
