Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical field activities by leveraging professional clinical knowledge
• Deliver the product’s value proposition to customers through organizing various promotional activities
• Facilitate and coordinate external events (e.g., exhibitions, seminars) to maximize outcomes
• Develop and manage KOL relationships to strengthen market leadership
• Analyze the market using intelligence and data collected through market research
• Develop marketing strategies and implement them in the team’s actions
• Execute financial planning and strategically analyze supply status to ensure operational excellence and customer centricity
• Coordinate business processes across shared functions
• Actively communicate with global and regional marketing teams to align strategic direction and secure the necessary resources
• Complete assigned tasks as projects under team management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Product marketing experience required; healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop effective marketing and sales strategies
• Strong drive to plan and execute actions effectively
• Proficient in MS Office
• Conversational in English preferred
