About us

Esemtia is a SaaS cloud-based school management platform built for schools, nursery and early-years centres, and vocational training (FP) centres across Spain & South America. It brings academic, administrative and communication tasks into one place, from enrolment, timetables and billing to competency-based planning and assessment adapted to each region's curriculum and regulations.

Our goal is to take paperwork off teachers' and administrators' desks so they can spend more time on teaching, while making it easier for students, families and staff to stay connected through a single platform and mobile app.

What you will do

• Support the team on the company website (WordPress) and SEO, which will be the main focus of the internship

• Help create content for the blog, the website and downloadable resources

• Support the company LinkedIn page and email marketing campaigns

• Support lead generation campaigns, working alongside Sales team and an external partner who manages part of the marketing funnel

• Help draft press releases

• Help coordinate in-person and online events and trade fairs: stand logistics, locations, materials and merchandising (attending the events themselves is not required)

• Take ownership of smaller tasks from start to finish and bring creative ideas to live campaigns

What we are looking for

• Currently enrolled in a university or vocational (FP) programme in marketing, communication or a related field, and able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas)

• Genuine interest in digital marketing, digital platforms and technology

• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.

• A dynamic, proactive and practical attitude, with the initiative to pick things up quickly. You don't need to master every tool from day one

• Basic familiarity with Canva, WordPress and HubSpot, or the willingness to learn them fast

• A professional, polished way of presenting yourself and the company when dealing with partners, suppliers and the press

• Nice to have: skills or interest in audiovisual content (video, reels, design, Canva)

• Available to start immediately
