FUNCTION

You have a taste for challenge, a commercial & marketing background and a first experience in this field, come and do your internship alongside our Marketing teams to acquire an enriching experience in an international environment.

6-months internship starting in November 2026

Your tasks:

Based in Milan and reporting to the Brand Manager Italy, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the 2025 marketing plans on the Italian market, for the Leffe and Bud brands.

Activation: participation in the implementation of 2026 marketing operations:

• Contact with agencies, development of communication media and promotional operations in conjunction with the Trade Marketing department.
• Management of the brand partnership: coordination & communication with partner, delivery of planned activations for the year both online & offline
• Sampling: support on the development and roll-out of the trial plan
• Events: supporting Leffe and Bud presence and perfect execution in events
• Media plan: help with coordination of creative and media agencies
• CRM / Digital: supporting on social media strategy & content posting and CRM plan, ensuring relevance of communications vs the brand strategy on social networks
• Internal engagement: support in planning and coordination of brand initiatives to engage employees
  
  Internal & external communication:
• Internal: managing communication with main stakeholders (Trade Marketing, Key Account, Facility)
• External: managing communication with agencies and brand partners
  
  Market analysis:
• Category performance: monthly analysis of category results via panel tools (Nielsen, GFK).
• Ad hoc analysis of brand performance

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Curious, proactive, and highly motivated to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English
• Previous experience is a plus
