We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to support our national Logistics & Industrial Brokerage team across Australia.

Combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you will develop high-impact marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage clients and support commercial growth. You will work closely with senior leaders, brokers and marketing teams to deliver national campaigns, submissions, presentations and digital content.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Support the delivery of the national Logistics & Industrial marketing strategy.

• Create high-quality submissions, pitch documents, presentations, market insights and client communications.

• Coordinate property marketing campaigns across digital, print and social channels.

• Manage campaign briefs, budgets, schedules, advertising, photography, videography and reporting.

• Develop EDMs, LinkedIn content and digital advertising activity.

• Maintain brand consistency across marketing collateral, templates, listings and online profiles.

• Partner with brokers, creative agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Use data, technology, automation and AI tools to improve marketing performance and efficiency.

• Support and guide marketing coordinators and administration teams across Australia.

About you

• Proven experience in marketing, graphic design or a similar role.

• Property or commercial real estate experience is advantageous.

• Strong experience creating professional marketing collateral and digital content.

• Intermediate Adobe InDesign skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with email marketing platforms, social media, CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

• A marketing or related degree is preferred.
