Your opportunity:

As the Marketing Director for GI, the role will focus on design the marketing plan and strategy based on the analysis and research of market data with the aim at meeting the business ambition.

Planning
• You will be responsible for setting up marketing plan and strategy based on the analysis and research of market data
• You will be responsible for executing marketing plan in a correct direction through timely cross-functional collaboration and customer
communication
Product Management
• You will keep regular academic visit to TAEs and HCPs. Enhance the recognition and reputation of the Roche products
• You will plan, allocate and implement annual marketing plan
• You will conduct market research to understand market, competitors, brand positioning
Financial Management
• You will allocate and Manage sales budget to maximize ROI
• You will develop, maintain and report on Sales forecasts
Team Management
• You will provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, direction to staff, including hiring, manpower allocation, performance management, training, and professional development
Change Management
• You will Initiate creative platforms and transform business model to build competitive advantage
 

Who you are:

• You are holding the Bachelor or above

• You have 6+ years and above experience in marketing, medical or access

• Solid marketing experience in Oncology area

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)

Preferred:

• Consulting, strategic planning, strategic marketing preferred

• 6 years of Consulting, Strategic Planning, Pharmaceutical, Cross-regional/functional/multi product management working or relevant marketing experience preferred
