The business partners with banks, fintechs, payment providers, and enterprises to deliver regulated digital asset solutions. As the company continues to expand across the region, they are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to build and lead a best-in-class marketing function.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to lead all aspects of marketing across the business. You will be responsible for developing the company's marketing strategy, building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting commercial growth.

This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with execution while working closely with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership. You will also build and manage the internal marketing team and external agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy.
• Define product positioning and go-to-market plans.
• Build and scale the marketing team.
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI.

Demand Generation

• Own marketing-generated pipeline and revenue targets.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital marketing, content, PR, events and partnerships.
• Improve lead generation and conversion performance.
• Work closely with Commercial teams to support sales growth.

Brand & Communications

• Strengthen brand positioning across regional markets.
• Lead content strategy including blogs, reports, webinars and social media.
• Manage PR, media relations and executive communications.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Product Marketing

• Translate technical products into clear customer value propositions.
• Support product launches.
• Create customer personas and sales enablement materials.
• Partner with Product teams on GTM initiatives.

Events & Partnerships

• Lead participation in major industry events.
• Develop strategic partnerships.
• Manage sponsorships and executive speaking opportunities.

Performance & Analytics

• Establish KPIs and marketing reporting.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Use data and AI tools to improve marketing performance and customer engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a senior marketing leadership position.
• Experience within technology, fintech, SaaS, payments, or digital assets.
