At Miele Professional, we are looking for a proactive and digitally skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our B2B team in Solna. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining digital marketing, campaign execution, content creation and close collaboration with sales and international marketing teams.

Your role

As Marketing Coordinator for Sweden, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing local marketing activities within our HCS and LMD customer segments. You will play a key role in bringing regional and international marketing strategies to life in the Swedish market, ensuring that campaigns, product launches and communication activities are relevant, engaging and effectively executed.

This is a hands-on role with considerable independence, where you will work closely with the Swedish sales and service teams while collaborating with regional marketing colleagues and other stakeholders across our international organisation.

What you will be doing

Bringing marketing plans to life

You will translate regional marketing strategies and corporate objectives into effective local activities for the Swedish market. This includes coordinating product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns, ensuring that international initiatives are successfully adapted and implemented locally.

Working closely with the Regional Marketing Directors you will provide local market insights and input regarding products, consumables, digital services and pricing.

Driving digital marketing and customer engagement

A key part of your role will be to attract new customers, strengthen brand awareness and support customer retention, both directly and through our partners. You will coordinate and execute lead generation initiatives and digital marketing activities, ensuring that Miele Professional remains visible and relevant across digital channels.

You will also create, adapt and enrich local marketing content, including articles, customer success stories and reference cases for online and offline communication. Ensuring the quality and relevance of our Swedish marketing materials will be another important responsibility.

Supporting sales and strengthening our premium positioning

You will work closely with our Swedish sales and service teams to ensure that marketing activities support commercial priorities and customer needs.

This includes developing and providing relevant sales and marketing materials, as well as planning and coordinating local events, trade fairs and training activities in line with corporate.

Managing projects, budgets and stakeholders

You will coordinate the local marketing plan and budget, ensuring that activities are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

As part of an international matrix organisation, you will collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders, including the Regional Management Team, sales and service teams, business partners, marketing colleagues across North West Europe and external marketing agencies.

Who are you?

We believe you are an experienced and hands-on marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. You have a strong understanding of B2B marketing and know how to turn marketing strategies into practical activities that generate results. You are equally comfortable coordinating a digital campaign, adapting content for a local audience, supporting a product launch or collaborating with sales colleagues on lead generation initiatives.

You thrive in an international environment, enjoy working with different stakeholders and are confident managing several projects simultaneously. Most importantly, you are someone who takes initiative, identifies opportunities and drives activities forward independently, while knowing when to involve and collaborate with others.

Your background

We are looking for someone with:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Relevant marketing experience, with a strong operational and hands-on focus.
• Experience coordinating and implementing local marketing activities in line with regional or international strategies.
• Proven digital marketing experience, including areas such as performance marketing, SEO, social media and AI-supported marketing tools.
• Excellent Swedish communication and strong communication skills in English.
• Experience working in an international matrix organisation and managing cross-functional projects is an advantage.
