Job Summary:

We're looking for a Content & Social Media Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our content and social strategy. This person will create, publish, and optimize content across blog, email, and social channels, working closely with product marketing, sales, and design to keep our brand voice consistent and our pipeline fed with relevant, benefit-led content for a B2B audience.

What you’ll do as a Marketing Coordinator:

• Plan, write, and edit content across blog posts, email campaigns, case studies, and landing pages, tailored to a B2B buyer's journey
• Manage and execute the social media calendar across LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms, from copy to graphics coordination
• Partner with sales and product teams to translate technical or industry-specific concepts into clear, benefit-led messaging for prospects and customers.
• Track content and social performance (engagement, traffic, MQLs) and adjust strategy based on what's working
• Maintain brand voice and terminology consistency across all customer-facing content
• Coordinate with designers or design tools to produce on-brand visual assets for posts, campaigns, and events
• Support go-to-market execution for product launches and campaigns, including content timelines and channel rollout.
• Manage content production workflows and calendars, keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned on deadlines
• Monitor industry trends, competitor content, and customer conversations to inform content topics

What You Will Bring As A Marketing Coordinator:

• 5–6 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or communications, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across formats (social, email, long-form)
• Experience managing a content calendar and coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of social platforms, scheduling tools, and basic performance analytics.
• Comfort learning technical or industry-specific subject matter and translating it into accessible copy.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
• Bonus: experience with design tools (Canva, Figma), CRM/marketing automation platforms, or SEO fundamentals.
• Proven experience working with US based business teams.

• Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap.
• Working Hours: 8 Hours (Excluding breaks)  
  4 Core US Hours Overlap (7:30pm- 11:30pm IST)  
  4 flexible hours (IST).

• Workspace: A quiet, dedicated space to work, and a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range*: ₹6, 93, 800 – ₹9, 71, 300 INR Annually
