Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

We're seeking a skilled Market Planning Specialist to strategize, plan, develop, and execute business and commercial plans for fibre and mobile expansion to drive business growth and ensure maximum return of investment. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to lead strategic projects and tenders in access expansion.

What are you accountable for?

• Drive demand planning assessments and prepare business cases to justify investments, securing management approval with clear recommendations.
• Map and maintain the universe of buildings/sites within the existing infrastructure footprint, prioritizing based on commercial potential, tenancy mix, and ease of enablement.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Heads and Segment Sales teams to align strategies, validate commercial justification, and track ROI for approved business cases.
• Work closely with Network teams to propose optimized network designs and cost models, ensuring viable business cases and timely, budget-compliant deployments.
• Develop business models, craft commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts with property developers to accelerate infrastructure enablement.
• Establish standardized frameworks and processes to simplify and continuously improve demand planning and commercial management effectiveness.
• Partner with Data Analytics teams to deliver accurate reporting and performance updates on fibre and mobile infrastructure expansion.
• Set up regular bi-weekly progress reviews with key stakeholders and monthly management updates to address escalations and secure support.

• Strong expertise in market planning, demand analysis, or related fields.
• Proven experience in data analysis and financial modelling.
• Solid technical comprehension of network infrastructure.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Skilled in business development, commercial strategy, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with GIS tools and demand scoring frameworks.
• Strong project management capabilities.
