RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1.  Market Intelligence & Industry Analysis

• Act as a core member of the HQ Market Intelligence team, supporting global MI initiatives and cross‑regional intelligence projects.
• Share structured and timely China market and competitors updates, insights, and news with global headquarters.
• Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor capacity expansion, producer activities, and developments across the full animal nutrition value chain.
• Maintain rigorous standards in data collection, validation, and cross‑checking to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Consolidate and analyze China amino acids import/export data monthly, and validate global trade flows using the global trade platform.
• Manage internal intelligence sharing and reporting systems to ensure consistent, efficient information flow.
• Commodity pricing platform data maintenance on monthly basis
• Monitor and manage the marketing intelligence budget to meet annual cost targets.

• 2. Project Management & New Product Launch

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Support new product launches in the Greater China region, ensuring comprehensive market study into sales strategy and sales targets.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of China’s livestock value chain and customer behaviors to identify market opportunities.
• Evaluate market potential and customer needs for new products; clarify value propositions, product advantages, and key selling points.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in market intelligence, marketing, or project management—preferably in animal nutrition, feed additives, or agriculture industries.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high‑quality reports under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
