As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll lead an operation for our Gas Chromatography product lines on-site in our Bartlesville manufacturing facility.

The work model for the role is: Onsite in Bartlesville, OK. #LI-Onsite

Your role and responsibilities: 

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing employees, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily production activities, including staffing, workflow, schedules, quality, and productivity, to meet business and customer requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, including root-cause analysis and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve plant goals.

Qualifications for the role:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of prior manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Preferred

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience with SAP and/or other ERP systems.
• Experience working in a high-volume or engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.
