Summary

Advantech is currently looking for Manufacturing PM who play an important role to support cross departments / factories communication & coordination for key account manufacturing project, hosting customer audit / visit activity and optimizing MVA and production process.
 

Responsibilities of the role:

1.Cross departments / plants communication & coordination
2.Manufacturing project management in each NPI phase (EVT / DVT, PVT to MP)
3.Customer audit / visit activities planning and hosting, introducing the factory and showing capabilities, and the intelligent solutions to global customers
4.Communicating with key account customers and colleagues from each department / plants
5.Optimizing MVA and lead the manufacturing cost-reduction program
6.Optimizing lean production process
7.Running and managing top-down, operation level, factory level and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications:

1.Fluent English to communicate with customer
2.Ability to communicate effectively
3.Strong enthusiasm to invest yourself to learn more manufacturing knowledge from Foundation to Expertise:
-NPI (from Kickoff to EOL)
-PCBA (from Material Kitting to Packaging)
-System (from Assembly to Packing)
-Product line (from Industrial modules to Medical devices, Edge AI Computing, Edge Server)
4.Factory experience and willing to development your career in manufacturing & operation is preferred
5.Self-motivated, result oriented and leadership skills
6.Candidates, with experience in PM, SCM, CQE, QC, Planner fields, will become the manufacturing experts through our OJT(on job training) courses
7.Candidates, with experience in MPM, FPM, OPM, NPI PM, QPM, or other PM positions, will extend your experience from planning to operation fields
