Uses structured problem-solving methodologies and data-driven analysis to eliminate recurring issues and improve overall product quality and delivery performance.
  • Applies Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, improve process flow, reduce cycle time, and increase operational effectiveness throughout the manufacturing and shipping process.
  • Estimates manufacturing costs, establishes labor standards, and recommends tooling, fixtures, packaging solutions, and process improvements to support efficient and cost-effective operations.
