What You Will Do in This Role?
- Lead product assembly and verification methods
- Create clear electro-mechanical assembly instructions and work documentation
- Develop training materials and provide hands-on training to manufacturing teams
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and support product transfers into production
- Define quality checks and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Create photos, videos, and visual aids for manufacturing and training
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvements
- Support manufacturing software and system requirements
What You Will Need for This Role?
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, aerospace, or similar technical experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience coaching, training, or mentoring others
- Experience creating work instructions, procedures, or training documents
- Familiarity with assembly processes, torque specifications, hand tools, and quality standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel domestically approximately two trips per quarter
- Basic understanding of computer systems or software concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or Manufacturing
- ASE, FAA, Lean, Six Sigma, or other technical certifications
- CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar)
- Technical writing experience
- Experience in medical devices, regulated manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
