Participates in various aspects of supply chain process areas: Supply Chain-Plan, Supply Chain-Source, Supply Chain-Make, Supply Chain-Deliver as well as Supply Chain-Operations. Exhibits end-to-end supply chain competency and manages one or more Supply Chain functions (Planning, Sourcing, Small Business/Disadvantaged Programs, Supplier Quality, Warehouse & Transportation, Analytics, Compliance, Systems, etc.).
This position is located on-site at the Rocket Center, WV location. No remote opportunities are available for this position.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Ensures a safe working environment is always maintained.
- Provides direction and motivates employees on a project basis, guided by established practices and precedents.
- Interprets, executes, and makes modifications to practices that affect his or her direct reports.
- Schedules work, leads, develops, and trains direct reports while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Administers and complies with union contract, trains new employees and new processes obtained for the group.
- Provides sound judgement and ensures overall quality of work and efficiency of the department.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow-up.
- Form partnerships and act as an agent between Stores Department and other internal partners.
- Responsible for direct management of union personnel and warehousing.
- Be a steward of safety for persons and products.
- Responsible for off shift call ins and outside of standard business hour calls.

Other Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Lead internal and external audits for the Receiving Department (including inventory control).
- Oversee employees, processes and equipment in Supply Chain warehouses including PM’s as a functional building owner.
- Perform 30, 60 & 90 performance evaluations for new operators within the group.
- Maintain overtime hour tracking.
- Manage on the job training and oversee GOP’s are up to date within Solumina.
- Assist with inbound and outbound carrier traffic coordination.
- Conduct and/or represent Supply Chain at daily SQDEC’s.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts, assist with random auditing, requesting adjustments as needed to correct discrepancies.
- Provide coverage for other Supply Chain supervision.
- Coordinates inter-departmental activities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years’ experience, Masters Degree with 4+ years’ experience or 10+ years of experience either within Supply Chain specific to logistics coordination or personnel management experience.
- Experience in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with one or more ERP system.
- Ability to maintain a Security Clearance (required).
- Excellent attendance record with ability to work flexible hours to meet overtime requirements.
- Experience in Costpoint, Cognos, Crib Master and/or Solumina preferred.
