  • Support CMMS rollout and adoption by developing standard work order structures, required data inputs, workflow requirements, and process documentation

  • Partner with Service Directors, LTSA Managers, and regional teams to improve visibility into maintenance planning, work order progress, job completion, service performance, and operational risks

  • Establish consistent request and escalation processes for service-related needs, including POs, spares, RMAs, and other operational support requirements

  • Monitor PM/CM execution, schedule adherence, open work orders, completion rates, and key service KPIs to identify gaps and drive corrective actions

  • Standardize service parts and spares coordination processes, including stock control, audits, RMA tracking, ordering practices, and alignment with field service needs

  • Conduct audits of service execution, workflow adherence, reporting accuracy, and process compliance across global regions

  • Develop training materials, process maps, and current/future state workflows to support onboarding, regional adoption, and long-term process consistency

  • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, work order management, service workflows, resource coordination, and operational reporting

  • Hands-on experience with CMMS, EAM, ERP, or field service management systems, including work order creation, data quality, process adoption, and workflow standardization

  • Experience leading or supporting planning, scheduling, service coordination, maintenance coordination, or operational support teams across multiple sites or regions

  • Exposure to spares coordination, procurement requests, RMA processes, inventory visibility, or service parts management in support of field operations
