Job Overview: Social (GOC) 

Company: WPP Media — Global Operations Centre (GOC) 
Location / Model: Hybrid (~4 days/week in office)

1. Core Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Strategy & Planning: Create paid social media plans and campaign strategies based on client briefs. 

• Execution & Optimization: Hands-on campaign setup, ad creation, and performance optimization across major social channels. 

• Reporting & Client Decks: Build performance reports, review decks, and deliver insights to regional/client stakeholders. 

• Regional & Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional hubs (U.S., Europe, Asia, MEA, AUNZ). 

• Quality & Best Practices: Enforce platform best practices, consistency, and high-quality work delivery at scale. 

1. Essential Platforms & Technical Stack

• Core Platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Pinterest (familiarity with TikTok & Reddit is a plus for AD level). 

• Management & Automation Tools: Sprinklr, SocialFlow, Smartly, 4C, Scibids, HubSpot. 

• Analytics & Reporting Tools: MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Studio, Dataroma, and web analytics platforms. 

1. Key Soft Skills & Requirements

• Degree (Graduation or Post-Graduation) in any stream. 

• Experience delivering services from a centralized location/hub to global regional teams. 

• Strong multi-tasking skills, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent verbal/written communication.
