How you'll make impact

You’ll own the operational backbone for Airwallex’s Spain commercial teams, building the systems, insights and processes that support sustainable growth across Spain and Southern Europe.

You’ll partner with commercial leadership as the local strategy and operations expert, providing performance and forecasting support, running country QBRs and identifying opportunities to improve execution.

You’ll lead revenue strategy and go-to-market initiatives across EMEA, including product-market-fit assessment, product localisation, competitor analysis, win-rate analysis and vertical experimentation.

You’ll align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance and Legal, while using AI-driven tools and automation to improve commercial workflows, reporting and decision-making.

You’ll work from our Barcelona office three days a week.

What we're looking for

Essentials

• 5+ years of experience, ideally combining top-tier strategy consulting and/or high-growth startup experience with meaningful experience in commercial strategy or revenue operations

• Strong analytical skills, including data modelling and working with data reporting tools

• Experience building and running operational processes, systems or tooling end to end

• Experience partnering with senior commercial stakeholders and influencing without authority

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

• Native or near-native Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, write and understand Spanish

• A track record of taking ownership, working with data and driving tangible outcomes

Preferred

• Experience in a high-growth fintech, financial services or technology environment

• Experience with complex, cross-functional commercial operations and scaling go-to-market processes

• Experience using AI tools or automation to improve commercial workflows and reporting

• An outstanding record of academic achievement
