THE TEAM

The mission of the Retail Operations Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Retail Operations team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the seamless integration of Retail related programs, initiatives, and events in alignment with our growth plans.  As the Manager, Retail Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business needs by representing Retail cross-functionally and collaborating with business partners to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Retail initiatives. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Retail Operations, you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Ensure that the Retail Division’s highest priority programs in the Operations area are realized perfecting on an ongoing basis, inclusive of Business Continuity, Business Opportunity, Retail Process Reference, Supplies & Equipment, and Retail Technology (e.g., point-of-sale systems, payment terminals, traffic counters, in-store devices) programs
• Lead the end-to-end project management of select cross-functional initiatives that impact the Retail Division
• Manage the seamless execution of Operations-related activities for Retail events, including special events, new product launches, new boutique openings, and divisional events  
• Integrate new or improved infrastructure into and out of our boutiques through effective change management across systems, processes, tools, and programs
• Own the management of all operational services required to keep our boutiques running with excellence – including but not limited to supplies, equipment, packaging, and administration

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Retail Operations has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
• A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
