The Role
Addepar is seeking a passionate and data-driven Manager, Performance Marketing EMEA/APAC to drive our brand awareness and market expansion across the regions. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing strategist to build and implement a regional marketing strategy that fuels Addepar's continued growth. This leader will be responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for the EMEA and APAC regions. This position will drive all digital, paid, and traditional marketing for the regions, and play a key role in shaping Addepar's brand image and market presence.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and drive a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with global business objectives, tailored to regional needs
- Own the development and execution of localised marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, content, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Sales leadership across EMEA and APAC
- Collaborate closely with regional sales, client management, services and partner teams to understand market needs, develop effective marketing programs, and achieve shared goals
- Track, measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and programs, and provide data-driven insights to optimise performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the EMEA and APAC wealth management technology spaces
Who You Are
- Extensive experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a consistent track record of success in driving growth within the financial technology or wealth management industry
- Strong understanding of the EMEA and APAC marketing landscape having demonstrable experience establishing brands in the region
- Ability to translate marketing goals into measurable return on investment and contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with global teams
- Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus
