The Role:

A "Manager, Production Management" at Logitech would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process within a designated area of Logitech's manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficient operations, high quality standards, timely delivery, and cost optimization, while actively implementing continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.

Your Contribution:

- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor production performance against key metrics (e.g., yield, cycle time, scrap rate) and identify areas for improvement.
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize production capacity.
- Lead daily production meetings to address challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and motivate a team of production personnel, including supervisors and operators.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the production team.
- Identify and implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and drive process optimization.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably within a high-volume production environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools
