Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Manager, North America Retail Planning, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth through better planning, forecasting, and decision-making across our North America retail business. This role exists to build and lead a retail planning capability that connects Brand, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Finance, Analytics, and Retail Operations into a single demand planning process that improves forecast accuracy, operational execution, and business performance.
Reporting to the Director, Retail Capabilities, you will own the development and execution of the North America bottom-up demand forecast. While Finance owns the top-down financial targets and annual plan, you will be responsible for translating market dynamics, consumer demand, ecommerce trends, merchandising strategies, store performance, and operational inputs into actionable regional, area, and store-level forecasts.

Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, analytical rigour, and the ability to influence decisions across multiple business functions.
You will work primarily in a head-office environment, enabling leaders across the business with clear, data-driven planning insights that support growth, investment decisions, and operational execution.
This role is based in Vancouver, BC and operates in a hybrid work environment. Given the highly collaborative nature of this position, regular in-person partnership is important, with an expectation of working from the North Vancouver office approximately 3-4 days per week.
