This role is responsible for delivering outcomes associated with the Logistics Automation Engineer position in a major FMCG brownfield manufacturing project.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end material flow from inbound to outbound.
• Develop warehouse and logistics automation solutions.
• Optimize layout and transportation efficiency.
• Lead supplier selection and implementation.
• Integrate automation systems with WMS/MES/ERP.

• Business-level Japanese and English
• 10+ years FMCG or related manufacturing experience
• 3 -5+ years or more of experience in logistics automation, warehouse management, material handling, or related fields

 本ポジションは、大規模FMCGブラウンフィールド製造プロジェクトにおいて、Logistics Automation Engineerとして物流およびマテリアルフローの最適化を推進し、自動化技術を活用した効率的な倉庫・搬送システムを実現することを目的とします。

主な職務内容（Key Responsibilities）

. 原材料受入から製品出荷までのエンドツーエンドのマテリアルフローを設計する

. 倉庫自動化および物流自動化ソリューションを企画・開発する

. レイアウト設計および搬送効率の最適化を推進する

. サプライヤー選定、技術評価、および導入活動をリードする

. 自動化システムとWMS（Warehouse Management System）、MES（Manufacturing Execution System）、ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning）とのシステム統合を推進する
