As a Manager, Global Clinical Supply Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted clinical trial supply across Japan. Working closely with global and local stakeholders, you will develop and execute clinical supply strategies that enable the timely delivery of investigational products, contributing directly to the development of innovative medicines for patients.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities / 主な職務内容

• Lead clinical supply activities for local and global development programs in Japan.
• Develop and execute supply strategies including forecasting, packaging design, and distribution planning.
• Act as the key liaison between Japan and Global Clinical Supply teams.
• Manage importation and distribution of investigational medicinal products in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee external vendors, packaging operations, and warehouse activities.
• Drive continuous process improvement and support audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Clinical Practice, and company quality requirements.

• 日本組織とグローバルClinical Supplyチームの主要な窓口として連携を推進する。
• 規制要件を遵守しながら治験薬の輸入および配送を管理する。
• 外部ベンダー、包装業務、および倉庫運営を統括する。
• 業務改善活動を推進し、監査・査察対応をサポートする。
• GMP、GCP、および社内品質基準へのコンプライアンスを確保する。

Essential Requirements / 応募要件

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technical, pharmaceutical, or related discipline.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of investigational medicinal product supply and the Japanese pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
• Experience managing complex clinical supply activities and collaborating across multiple stakeholders.(Candidate-friendly interpretation based on the role requirements.)
• Experience working in a global or matrix environment preferred.
• Professional communication skills in both Japanese and English are required.

• 理系、技術系、薬学系、または関連分野における学士号以上を有していること。
• 製薬業界における実務経験を5年程度有する方を歓迎します。
• 治験薬供給（IMP Supply）および日本の薬事・規制環境に関する知識を有すること。
• 複雑なサプライチェーンや社内外のステークホルダーとの連携を推進できる能力を有すること。(候補者向け表現として補足)
• グローバルまたはマトリックス組織での業務経験があれば尚可。
• 日本語および英語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れること。
