About the Role
Technical Leadership, Provide strategic direction in the frontend tech stack, ensuring the team adopts best practices and modern technologies.Innovation & Optimization, continuously drive UI innovation and optimize frontend architecture and performance.
Business Alignment, Understand business needs and ensure technical solutions align with product goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure Code Quality: Maintain coding standards and conduct code reviews.
Build and fix UI components with complex features and design reusable component libraries to drive optimization
Define frontend architecture, set standards & tooling and shape module structure, component boundaries, and conventions
Write unit tests, establish testing strategy (unit/integration/E2E), select testing tools to enforce quality
Optimize Performance, Improve page speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Stay Updated: Keep up with frontend trends and recommend new tools or frameworks.
Minimum Job Requirements:
University graduate and above with 8+ years data project implementation experiences in such as developing data applications with AI/ Machine Learning/ advanced algorithms.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one mainstream framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
Familiar with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite), version control systems (e.g., Git), and performance optimization techniques.
Life insurance business knowledge is preferred
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
