The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building complex data models, creating executive-level dashboards, partnering with senior leaders to influence business decisions, and building an elite analytics capability. Over time, this person will be expected to develop, lead, and raise the standard for a high-performing analytics team that delivers trusted insights, scalable reporting, and measurable business impact across the GTM organization.
The Gig:
Data Analytics & Visualization
- Own development of executive dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into pipeline, bookings, revenue, marketing performance, and account progression.
- Transform data from CRM, marketing automation, financial systems, and BI platforms into meaningful business intelligence.
- Design and maintain scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility into GTM performance.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers through advanced analysis.
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics function that sets the standard for data quality, business insight, analytical rigor, and executive-ready storytelling.
ABM Strategy & Measurement
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to develop financial frameworks supporting a mature Account-Based Marketing strategy.
- Establish KPIs and measurement methodologies for account engagement, buying-group penetration, pipeline progression, conversion, and ROI.
- Analyze account-level investments and outcomes to guide budget allocation and optimization decisions.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations that improve revenue efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
Strategic Business Partnership
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Systems, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Act as a financial and analytical advisor during planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes.
- Translate complex data into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including targets, investments, capacity planning, and growth initiatives.
Financial Planning & Insights
- Develop forecasting models that connect marketing and sales activity to pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes.
- Perform scenario analysis and investment modeling to support strategic decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in data governance, reporting consistency, and metric definitions.
- Automate manual reporting workflows where possible.
What you need to make the cut:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Revenue Finance, GTM Finance, Business Analytics, or a related function.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-facing presentation experience.
- Proven ability or strong potential to hire, coach, develop, and lead analytics talent in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Naturally curious and data-driven.
- Strong storyteller who can simplify complexity.
- Influential partner who builds credibility across functions.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure.
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward action.
- Passionate about using data to drive business growth.
- Committed to building a culture of analytical excellence, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience partnering directly with Sales and Marketing leadership teams.
- Understanding of Account-Based Marketing concepts and performance measurement.
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Python, or advanced analytics tools.
- Experience building account-level profitability, ROI, or customer economics models.
