As a Manager – Deal Advisory – Deals Tech & Data Solutions (DTDS), you will lead teams in delivering data-driven insights and solutions within our Deals practice. You will be at the forefront of transforming complex data into actionable strategies, helping clients navigate their most challenging business decisions. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, providing innovative solutions that drive value and impact.

As a Manager, you will guide and develop your team, leveraging your leadership skills to inspire and motivate others. You will be responsible for strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and managing client accounts to deliver exceptional service. Your role will involve analyzing complex problems, developing high-quality deliverables, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance client outcomes. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading data analysis initiatives to support client advisory services in the Deals Tech & Data Solutions domain
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of complex data models and predictive analytics
- Utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to create insightful data visualizations and dashboards
- Conducting exploratory data analysis and data mining to uncover trends and insights for strategic decision-making
- Overseeing data integration and validation processes to maintain data quality and integrity
- Developing and implementing data-driven insights to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver tailored data solutions
- Mentoring junior staff in data analysis techniques and the use of advanced analytics software
- Driving innovation by embracing new technologies and methodologies in data science and analytics
- Managing client accounts and confirming the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Leveraging Alteryx for automation in data analytics
- Utilizing Power BI for advanced data visualization
- Developing complex data models and predictive analytics
- Embracing machine learning techniques for data-driven insights
- Excelling in strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
