We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Enablement team, part of our risk, reinsurance and capital business at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The MPower Support role provides global operational support for Marsh, ensuring accurate account administration, data quality, issue resolution, and timely coordination across internal stakeholders.

To keep MPower data, processes, and user support running smoothly so commercial teams can rely on the platform for client servicing, reporting, and day-to-day operational delivery.

What will you focus on:

·       Provide first-line support for MPower users, including triage, troubleshooting, and escalation of system issues.

·       Maintain account, user, and reference data in line with governance and agreed controls.

·       Support data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and exception management to protect reporting accuracy.

·       Run the Business Dataload process (BDL)

·       Assist with testing, release readiness, and implementation of system/process changes.

·       Monitor incoming requests, service levels, and case progress to ensure timely resolution.

·       Work with sales operations, client engagement, finance, and technology teams to resolve cross-functional issues.

·       Help with the production and updating guidance, process notes, and user support materials.

·       Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or control enhancements.

·       Support audit, compliance, and data stewardship activities where required.

·       Occasional update of data for initiatives

What you need to have:

·       Experience in operational support, CRM/admin support, or data operations

·       Good understanding of client and account data workflows

·       Strong Excel and reporting skills

·       Comfort with issue tracking, root-cause analysis, and prioritisation

·       Excellent written and verbal communication

·       High attention to detail and a strong control mindset

·       Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities
