6. Proactive Problem-Solving & Ownership:

  • Takes ownership of assigned projects from initial request through final delivery.
  • Identifies potential creative or technical issues early and works collaboratively to resolve them.

  • Review assets for correct branding, sponsor identification, messaging, spelling, dates, versions, and visual consistency. Verify file properties and export settings, prepare proofs, obtain required approvals, and address issues before content is released for deployment.
  • Maintain organized source projects, linked media, approved assets, and archives using consistent naming and version-control practices. Deliver complete event content packages to Technical Production, clearly identifying display destinations, approved versions, timing requirements, and replacement or expiration instructions.
  • Participate in rehearsals and on-screen content checks, make approved last-minute revisions, and troubleshoot visual issues such as incorrect scaling, cropping, or formatting. Assist with media loading and playback preparation within assigned workflows while coordinating deployment with Technical Production.
  • Track assigned requests from intake through completion, clarify deliverables, estimate production needs, and communicate progress. Coordinate feedback with internal partners and outside content providers, and promptly escalate missing information, conflicting priorities, or deadlines at risk to the Senior Manager.
