The Gig:

The Manager of Casino Marketing & Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives designed to drive casino visitation, gaming revenue, player engagement, and overall player program profitability. This role leads the development of integrated casino marketing campaigns, player promotions, special events, loyalty initiatives, and targeted communications while ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and brand strategy.

The Manager partners closely with Casino Operations, Player Development, Advertising, Casino Partners, and other departments to create compelling experiences that attract new guests, retain existing players, and maximize customer lifetime value.

This gig is based at VVHQ - our swanky Virgin Voyages Head Office in Plantation, FL where we follow a hybrid work environment. We can't wait to 'sea' you in person during our Collaboration Days, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while you enjoy Mondays and Fridays' as remote days.

What You'll Be Up To:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop casino marketing team members while fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations for the team.
• Manage agency, vendor, and strategic partner relationships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives.

Casino Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:

• Develop and execute casino marketing offers focused on increasing visitation, gaming revenue, market share, and customer retention.
• Analyze player behavior, market trends, competitive activity, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, and promotional calendars.
• Establish measurable KPIs and regularly evaluate marketing performance and ROI.

Loyalty & Database Marketing:

• Utilize player database and CRM insights to develop targeted campaigns based on player segments, behaviors, preferences, and value.
• Partner with CRM/Analytics teams to develop segmentation strategies and personalized offers.
• Monitor campaign response rates, reinvestment, profitability, and customer retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve loyalty program engagement and player lifetime value.

Advertising & Integrated Marketing:

• Collaborate with advertising, creative, digital, social media, public relations, and media partners to develop integrated campaigns.
• Ensure casino messaging is consistent across digital, traditional, direct marketing, social, onsite, and promotional channels.
• Provide strategic direction for creative campaigns, promotional materials, player communications, and property messaging.

Events & Partnerships:

• Develop and oversee casino-focused events and activations that drive visitation and incremental gaming revenue.
• Collaborate with Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Operations, and external partners to execute high-impact guest experiences.
• Support major property events, player appreciation events, tournaments, and VIP experiences.

Super Powers Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or relevant industry experience preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the casino, gaming, or hospitality industry.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of casino marketing, player development, loyalty programs, promotions, and database/CRM marketing.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, excel, and marketing/CRM/database platforms.
