Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Business Systems and Transformation to lead our SAP Security & Audit function at the Digital India Innovation Center.

In this high-impact role, you will lead a team of 10+ SAP Security professionals, strengthen SAP security and compliance, and drive initiatives that protect enterprise systems and data.

You will work closely with Business, IT, Audit, and cross-functional teams to manage security risks, strengthen governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the organization’s transformation toward SAP S/4HANA.

This role is ideal for a strong SAP Security leader who combines technical expertise, delivery management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder leadership.

What You Will Do

Lead SAP Security & Audit

• Lead and manage a 10+ member SAP Security & Audit team.
• Define and implement SAP security policies, roles, authorizations, and controls.
• Oversee user access, authentication, authorization, and security monitoring.
• Drive security governance, audit readiness, and compliance activities.

Drive Risk & Compliance

• Partner with internal and external auditors on SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead security reviews, risk assessments, audits, and remediation activities.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Track and publish security and compliance metrics to leadership.

Enable SAP Transformation

• Lead SAP security integration with enterprise systems and third-party tools.
• Drive security controls and readiness for SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation.
• Ensure security strategies align with business objectives and IT governance standards.

Lead Teams & Delivery

• Manage security projects and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines.
• Partner with Business and IT stakeholders to drive collaboration and execution.
• Mentor team members and support their professional and career development.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

What You Will Learn

• Gain broad exposure to SAP Security, GRC, Audit, Risk, and Compliance across an enterprise environment.
• Develop deeper expertise in SAP S/4HANA security and transformation.
• Work closely with senior Business, IT, Audit, and Technology stakeholders.
• Strengthen your experience in security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Build leadership experience managing a large, cross-functional SAP Security team.
• Gain exposure to enterprise-wide security strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Security, including role design, user management, authorization, and audit compliance.
• Strong experience with SAP GRC and SAP security controls.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA security.
• Strong knowledge of SAP authentication, authorization, encryption, and security architecture.
• Experience with SOX, GDPR, audits, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
• Proven experience managing 11–20+ team members and leading security delivery.
• Strong project, delivery, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across Business and IT functions.

Qualifications We Prefer

• SAP certification in Security, GRC, or related areas.
• Experience leading SAP Security transformation and migration initiatives.
• Experience implementing SAP security controls for S/4HANA transformations.
• Strong experience with security governance, compliance frameworks, and audit management.
• Experience integrating SAP security solutions with enterprise and third-party platforms.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within security teams.
• Strong delivery management experience in complex, global environments.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• SAP Security/GRC certification is highly desirable.
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
