Overview

The Fintech Partners team is one of Mastercard's fastest-growing and most strategically important business areas.

As a Manager, Account Management, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new opportunities, expanding the sales pipeline, and strengthening strategic partnerships. You will collaborate across multiple business functions to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and support revenue growth across the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of the sales pipeline in collaboration with Product, Business Development, and Account Management teams.

• Develop and execute customer account strategies aligned with market and geographic objectives.

• Contribute to the achievement of sales, volume, market share, and net revenue targets.

• Develop commercial proposals and business cases for Fintech customers.

• Build, manage, and strengthen strategic customer relationships.

• Partner with customers to deliver customized solutions and consultative support.

• Analyze customer performance through profitability modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth within existing customer portfolios.

• Collaborate across functions including Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Advertising, and Product Management.

Qualifications

• Experience executing and managing business development strategies across markets, regions, or industry verticals.

• Proven track record of achieving business development objectives and building strong customer relationships.

• Professional experience in financial services, payments, cards, or a related industry.

• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and business case development.

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Foundational understanding of sales, account management, and customer delivery disciplines.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
