You'll work closely with a Finance Director who previously worked alongside the investors as a Finance Manager before progressing to Finance Director in just three years. This role is ideal for a newly qualified or finalist ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, or someone looking to make their first move from practice into industry. You'll gain exposure far beyond traditional management accounting, working across commercial finance, business strategy, forecasting, cash flow management, investment projects and supporting key strategic decisions alongside an experienced leadership team.

Requirements

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial information while supporting the wider business with commercial insight. Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
• Variance analysis and KPI reporting
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Preparing board packs and financial reporting outputs
• Working with auditors and supporting the audit process
• Driving improvements across systems, processes, and controls
• Providing ad-hoc financial support across the wider group

About You

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist
• Strong technical accounting ability
• Commercial, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Confident communicator with strong Excel skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential
