The OpportunityAs a Senior Associate - Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.
In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients integrate and utilize business applications effectively, enabling them to reach their strategic goals. Your versatile knowledge across various Oracle applications will be key in assisting clients to optimize their operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding of Oracle systems
- Implementing technology solutions to support client business objectives
- Engaging in business process modeling to improve client workflows
- Collaborating with teams to manage and deliver technical projects
- Applying innovative design techniques to enhance Oracle application functionality
- Conducting requirements elicitation to align solutions with client needs
- Supporting enterprise integration efforts to streamline client operations
- Managing project architecture and budgeting to meet client expectations
- Leveraging emerging technologies to drive business model development
- Validating data integrity and compliance within Oracle application frameworks
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Navigating complex Oracle Cloud EPM environments
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve business application challenges
- Developing training materials for Oracle E-Business Suite
- Implementing technology solutions in client-focused settings
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within consulting projects

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
