About the location:

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna’i, a kid’s club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. Built on lava outcroppings, the award-winning Jack Nicklaus-signature golf course features ocean views on every hole. Island activities, many managed by Four Seasons include sunset sails and whale watch tours, horseback riding, sporting clays and archery, biking, hiking, and aerial adventures at Lanai Adventure Park or learn about Hawaiian wayfinding at the on-site observatory.

MALIBU FARM SERVER 

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for passionate individuals, where you will create exceptional guest experiences, showcase your expertise and enthusiasm, and embody the Golden Rule in every interaction.   

 

The Server delivers a warm and welcoming dining experience by providing attentive table service, menu guidance, and personalized guest care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:     

• Guide guests through menu selections, restaurant offerings, specials, and beverage options with confidence and product knowledge. 

• Accurately enter orders and special requests into the POS system while coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service. 

• Verify food and beverage orders for accuracy, presentation, and dietary requirements before delivery. 

• Anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and promptly address inquiries, concerns, and special requests. 

• Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service, maintaining a polished and inviting dining environment. 

• Assist with food running, table maintenance, water service, and course setup to support seamless restaurant operations. 

• Maintain clean and organized service stations, dining areas, and back-of-house support areas. 

• Process guest checks, cash and credit card transactions, and authorized adjustments accurately and efficiently. 

• Support opening and closing duties, including restaurant setup, breakdown, sanitation, and operational readiness.

ABOUT MALIBU FARM  

Perched above Hulopoʻe Bay, Los Angeles' Malibu Farm, a favorite of local residents, surfers and A-list celebrities alike, features the freshest local and organic ingredients for delicious lunch offerings. In the evening hours, relax poolside with refreshing island cocktails as the sun sets on another glorious day. 

 

WHAT TO BRING 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required. 

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card   

• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card is required 

• Maui Liquor Card preferred, but not required  

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
