Position Description:
 

Responsible for manual and semi-skilled work in the maintenance of all hospital buildings and grounds.

Qualifications:
Able to comprehend written and verbal instructions and to perform basic mathematic calculations.
Knowledge of and experience in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary to perform grounds maintenance and general building maintenance duties.
