Fill Finish is the department where product which treat rare conditions is filled and finished in a highly automated, sterile, controlled and regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
o To carry out repair and Maintenance tasks of all Process, so as to achieve an acceptable level of production output in full compliance with Quality and Safety and cGMP Standards
o Input of data into Maintenance PM System including the operation of such systems
o Working with one’s own initiative and assuming responsibility whenever the need arises
o May be required to train others on all equipment, Maintenance tasks, set up procedures and safety awareness
o To operate and maintain all equipment, so as to achieve an acceptable level of production output
o Complete all duties as per relevant Sop’s
o Adhere to all relevant dress requirements with respect to cGMP’s and PPE rules
o Conduct all maintenance duties in a safe manner and report all safety issues or concerns
o Maintain the required standard of housekeeping in both the maintenance workshop/facilities area.
o Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time
o Ensure good time keeping and attendance at place of work
o Support team in achieving team goals and targets.
o Attend Team meetings as required
o Actively contribute to continuous improvements across the plant
o Support and back up of all maintenance teams i.e. facilities and manufacturing when required
o Ensure correct and accurate communication of equipment issues/PMs/repairs including reporting of serious downtime (via email)
About You
To excel in this role you will need to have:
Essential requirements:
o Junior & Senior Trade’s Certificate or an equivalent third level qualification
o At least 5 years’ Experience working as a Maintenance Technician in a Multi-skilled Team environment
o 2 years’ experience working as a Maintenance Technician in a pharmaceutical-manufacturing environment

The salary range for this position is :€41,600.00 - €55,467Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
