The Renewals Specialist focuses on managing customer contract renewals by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring timely, full-value renewals.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing proactive and consultative renewal processes, preparing competitive quotes, and maintaining accurate forecasting through reporting systems. The position requires continuous improvement of renewal procedures and collaboration across teams to achieve corporate goals.

Requirements

You will have:

• Experience of working with telecom is an advantage
• Experience with Salesforce CRM application

Key skills & Competencies

• Min 5 years’ experience working in a customer support, sales oriented or renewals environment
• University/College degree within a related discipline
• Exceptional communication both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and understand client needs and focus the content
• Experience with Salesforce CRM application
• Ability to work cross functionally with a dynamic team who rely on each other to achieve overall corporate goals
• Track record of autonomy, ownership and execution
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

Role and Responsibilities

• Becoming a trusted advisor for the Customer for their support needs. Cultivating an environment of mutual value recognized between the company and customers.
• Providing a consultative and proactive process to producing competitive renewal quotes.
• Consulting with internal sales teams to prepare renewal quotes, overcoming objections through renewal process.
• Maintaining and updating reporting systems used for research and providing accurate renewal forecasts.
• Cultivating strong business relationships with the customer, Account Executives and other stakeholders.
• Utilizing departmental standard operating procedures to bring renewal contracts in at full value and on time.
• A strong sense of urgency is required to manage all renewals resulting in full value, on time renewals.
• Consistently looking to enhance the renewal process and procedures while working to achieve an exceptional team environment.

Eligibility Requirements

• Candidate must be eligible to work in their country of residence 
• Travel expectation is 25%. Must be able to travel to globally without restrictions.
