Where You Make An Impact:

•  Lead Development Projects: Take charge of projects aimed at improving the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, vendors, and IT teams to drive projects and improvements across our organization.
• Full-Stack Development: Develop and integrate across our technical stack, including Web, ERP, PIM, and other technical platforms.
• Maintain & Support: Provide ongoing support and upgrade existing infrastructure to meet business needs.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce website development, preferably with Adobe Commerce/Magento 2.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, SQL, and/or CSS.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub.
• 1+ years of experience with public-facing retail website development and support.
• Proven experience with e-commerce packages like Magento, Adobe Commerce APIs
• Plus: Experience with. Adobe Commerce B2B Module,  NGINX, Fastly, Agility, Pentaho, Redback, Splunk, Sumo Logic, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
• Familiarity with website monitoring tools and ensuring websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and security.
• Plus: SEO best practices knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and work within a team environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce and supporting business operations that sell products.
• High attention to detail and a results-driven approach to work.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
