We are looking for a Loyalty & eBusiness Specialist to join our dynamic Loyalty & eBusiness department. 

You'll know you're the right person if you're passionate about eBusiness, customer loyalty and lifecycle marketing, curious about what data can tell us about consumer behavior, and always looking for ways to turn insights into action.

We need a team player with a hands-on mindset - someone who enjoys making things happen and seeing projects through from idea to execution.

What you'll be doing

• Suggest, implement and report on strategies and tactics for Consumer Loyalty and CRM activities that grow the customer base, while driving both online and offline traffic and sales,
• Work with the team and partners to optimize the online & in-store conversion funnel, implement performance marketing actions and improve the UX & customer communication,
• Manage, monitor and support Channel Management and presence in aggregators (efood, Wolt, Box, etc) and other marketplaces,
• Assist in New eBusiness and Loyalty Projects, implementation and testing tasks,
• Establish and implement best practices for database processes, measurement, evaluation, data capture, data quality and segmentation,
• Conduct market research to follow trends and competition,
• Act as internal champion for system (eCommerce and CRM), promoting the tools and providing training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or Analytics related fields,
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Loyalty Programs, CRM and Customer Engagement initiatives,
• Experience in analyzing customer data, campaign performance and customer behavior, translating insights into actionable recommendations,

• Relevant work experience in digital marketing (Social Media, PPC, SEM, SEO, display media, email marketing, etc),
• Good knowledge of CMS, CRM and Marketing Automation Tools,
• Experience in working with BI solutions, Google Analytics and Google Tag manager,
• Project Management Skills,
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and recommend actions. Able to spot and report data quality issues,
• Very good use of Excel and MS Office,
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) & good command of the English language,
• A self-starter, self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a cross-border team.
