Position Summary
Assist the Director of Sales & Operations to achieve the overall operation and financial targets
Assist the Director of Sales & Operations to continuously improve the operation and cost efficiency
Maintain constant and thorough inventory of all instant ticket stock held at the warehouse facility
Oversee the shipment and related costs of all daily and new games to the retailers
Prepare and maintain proper inventory level of all shipping supplies
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested
Supervise daily distribution of instant ticket orders
Responsible for the training, coaching and counselling of assigned personnel
Oversee the proper maintenance of all warehouse equipment
Train, explain tasks and assist in the solution of problems
Prepare and present reports and other documentation on a timely basis
Implement key corporate initiatives as required
Establish monthly, quarterly and annual goals and KPI with each Warehouse Clerk (Package Assembly Tech II), and evaluate at the end of each month
Provide daily direction and feedback to the warehouse clerks to ensure they have a good understanding of the job and current priorities
Serve as a conduit between SG warehouse operations and the Lottery by quickly communicating to the Lottery any questions or problems encountered by to the appropriate parties at the Lottery
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include, but are not limited to: training and mentoring employees; planning, assigning, delegating and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving employee issues.
Job Level Description
As a working lead, assigns and tracks daily work of a work group / team; mentors.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Years of Related Experience
Years of experience 2 to 5 years
Requirements
Proficient with Microsoft suite
Experience managing larger teams
Bilingual (Spanish)
Ability to operate forklift
