Purpose of Job:

Coordinate and schedule material movement towards Vinmar’s Customers/Assigned Warehouses and from the Assigned Warehouses/Suppliers to Vinmar’s customers under the agreed sales conditions.

Improve Supply Chain performance.

Key Activities:

·       Co-ordinate collections from different loading points (Suppliers and Warehouses) towards Vinmar’s customers

·       Negotiate spot transportation rates to ensure cost-effective services

·       Logistic monitoring (Allocation, Instruction, Warehousing,(freight) Forwarders, scheduling and on time delivery )

·       Keep clear and good collaboration between functions (CSR, Sales, Back-office team, Credit Control)

·       Follow up and Support invoicing to Customers by making sure all documents are 100% in order (Loading Repots, Stock reports, B/L’s , et cetera)

·       Verifies and solve queries received from Vinmar’s Business Services linked to invoices from assigned 3rd parties

·       Closely follow up Return orders or find best Supply Chain alternatives with Sales (move to WHS or customer outlet)

·       Responsible for Order-To-Cash process

·       Ensure excellent Customer Service to Vinmar’s Customers by creating excellent Supply Chain values

·       Complaint / Claim handling

·       Make it easy and pleasant to do business with Vinmar

·       Drive change in work processes that impact the Customer result

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

·       A college degree is required with a preference for a focus on logistics or business.

·       3 - 4 years of working experience in logistics, preferably with carriers and warehouses.

·       Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

·       Excellent attention to detail and planning ability

·       Excellent organizational, analytical, and attention to detail skills with the ability to handle multiple queries at one time.

·       Fluent in English
