Your role and responsibilities

As a Local Division Manager, you will lead the Electrification Service unit in Greece. You will be responsible for P&L results with full accountability of running the day-to-day operation and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash), in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost. You will be also responsible for directing the marketing and sales activities of Service Division in Greece, ensuring growth and achievement of targeted sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction, you will define and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with division strategy.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of Service strategy within the Country, in line with global Electrification Service division and EMEA Region initiatives.

• Drive the overall ABB Service in the country and determine Service sales and delivery targets; meet / exceed budget volumes  and its associated Key Performance Indicators
• Lead the service growth with responsibility of the growth initiatives. Manage business-led collaboration and facilitate cross segment commercial arrangements associated with bundled service offerings. Identify white spots and define strategies to increase the coverage of the installed base.

• Develop and deploy the country's commercial plan with sales and marketing initiatives to extract service potential from the market. 

• Promote synergies and develop Service delivery processes to drive efficiency based on Group Service strategy.
• Represent Service organization within ABB organization in Greece, strive for synergies with other ABB business areas / divisions in a country.
• Ensure achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
• Drive customer focused collaboration, raising awareness and ensuring appropriate action towards market opportunities.

• Drive Service Safety and enforces a Service safety and integrity culture throughout the Service organization.
• Ensure that the local Service Division is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
• Build an effective, capable, and high-performing organization.

Your background

• A University Degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or Business management
• At least 5 years of experience in Service management and proven track record in P&L.
• Management experience in sales and/or sales support, with a proven ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.

• Ability to lead teams effectively
• Fluent English and Greek required (oral and written).

• You are driven, innovative, persistent and proactive as well as a true team player who thrives in a multicultural environment.
• You have collaborative and communicative skills, you have the ability to inspire your team to great performance.
• You are forward-thinking and focused to results.
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
