Position Summary

Performs administrative and customer service tasks for the line haul department, including invoice reconciliation, lodging audits, dispatch support, and weekly reporting.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prepares regular and weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages hotel accommodations for drivers and maintains compliance records.
• Provides customer service and assists with shipment tracking inquiries.
• Coordinates and updates lodging records to ensure efficient driver accommodation.
• Assists in general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the line haul team.
• Supports accounting functions within the department.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of administrative or transportation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
