We are searching for the best talent for the Line Coordinator 2.

Purpose: Contributes to the Production Planning & Scheduling team as an experienced support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine. Provides support for internal teams in the Production Planning & Scheduling function. Follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

You will be responsible for:

• Orders raw materials and supplies through the purchasing system.
• Enters data into Quality Management Systems (e.g., NC, Audit, CAPA) as required and assists with investigations, corrective actions, and product dispositions.
• Recommends quality and process improvements as needed.
• Labels and segregates nonconforming materials.
• Maintains accurate and legible records and conducts final batch record reviews as required.
• Ensures production line metrics are current and up to date.
• Verifies that all associate training requirements are current and assists with training to ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate, and local policies.
• Monitors attendance, investigates discrepancies, and submits information for Facilitator approval.
• Provides operational support to assigned manufacturing lines under the direction of the Facilitator.
• Assists in supervising manufacturing line operations to optimize the use of equipment, personnel, and materials under Facilitator or Manager guidance.
• Supports the Facilitator in monitoring line performance and work operations and provides direction to production associates as needed.
• Investigates aging batches and prioritizes workflow to meet production requirements.
• Records production and inventory data, including cycle counts, within applicable manufacturing planning systems.
• Assists with or leads production start-up and close-out meetings as required.
• Conducts IPT meetings in the absence of the Facilitator.
• Maintains operational tracking databases, including downtime trackers, Day-by-the-Hour boards, and Gemba boards.
• Performs other work-related duties assigned by the Facilitator.
• Promotes safe working conditions and supports facility safety initiatives, including emergency response, ergonomics, and safe behavior programs.
• Demonstrates teamwork in identifying, evaluating, and resolving departmental issues.
• Complies with all applicable Quality Management System, Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001).
• Ensures expired inventory is removed from both physical stock and system records, submits RIDs, and completes weekly cycle counts for expired materials.
• Communicates business-related issues and opportunities to the next level of management.
• Adheres to all Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and practices.
• Where applicable, ensures team members comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and have the necessary resources to do so safely.
• Ensures personal and Company compliance with all federal, state, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• High School Degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred or technical equivalent.
• A desire to continue education is highly preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing process experience within a regulated industry is required.
• The role operates on a night shift schedule and requires flexibility to work overnight hours.
